  Staff cancelled my appointment without me knowing all because I asked if they had any availability sooner and when told, no I responded with okay leave it untouched for now and keep the appointment but somehow it was cancelled instead. Half day off work gone to waste and no sympathy for staff.

I should note I've been to this dentist for years and been seen by Colin however this seems to have been a one off and hopefully not repeated

EDIT - -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Susan the Practice Manager contacted me the next day and apologised for the error on behalf of the practice and has now offered a free replacement appointment.
